1. 接受条款
使用 StackyQ 即表示您同意本条款和隐私政策。未成年人应在适用法律要求下取得监护人同意。
2. 账号
您应提供适当的昵称和年龄信息并保护登录凭据。不得冒充他人、共享被盗凭据或以自动化方式滥用服务。本地账号资料可能随设备数据丢失；IDC 绑定用于跨设备识别。
3. 公平比赛
禁止作弊、篡改客户端、操纵匹配或排名、骚扰其他用户及上传违法或侵权题目。我们可对异常成绩进行复核、取消、限制或暂停相关账号。
4. 赛季、团体与 Lite
排位与赛季积分按当期规则计算。StackyQ Lite Monthly（产品 ID：com.omniasst.stackyq.lite.monthly）是期限为 1 个月的自动续订订阅，在订阅有效期内为购买者所管理的团体提供 Lite 团体 PK、比赛设置和团体活动功能。日本 App Store 的当前价格为每月 300 日元；实际收费以 Apple 购买确认画面显示的本地价格为准。儿童账号不能购买。
5. 付款、续订、取消与退款
确认购买时将从您的 Apple 账号扣款。除非您在当前订阅期结束至少 24 小时前取消，否则订阅会按购买界面显示的价格自动续订，续订费用将在订阅期结束前 24 小时内收取。您可以在应用内选择“管理或取消订阅”，或前往 Apple 账号的订阅设置取消；删除 StackyQ 账号不会自动取消 Apple 订阅。您可以在应用内恢复购买。付款、退款和账单争议由 Apple 按其规则处理。
6. Apple 最终用户许可协议
通过 Apple App Store 获取的 StackyQ 同时适用 Apple 标准最终用户许可协议（Standard EULA）。如本条款与 Apple 标准 EULA 冲突，以适用的 Apple 条款为准。
7. 服务变更
为安全、维护、公平性或产品改进，我们可能更新题库、规则和功能。我们会尽合理努力维持服务，但不保证始终无中断或无错误。
8. 内容与知识产权
StackyQ 的软件、设计和官方题库受法律保护。您上传的题目应拥有必要权利，并授权我们在提供相关功能所需范围内存储、处理和展示。
9. 账号删除
您可以在应用的“设置”中删除账号和可识别数据。具体步骤和保留范围见账号删除说明。账号删除与 Apple 订阅取消是两个独立操作。
10. 责任限制与联系
在法律允许范围内，本服务按现状提供。我们不对设备数据丢失、网络中断或超出合理控制范围的间接损失承担责任。条款问题请联系 support@omniasst.com。
1. 規約への同意
StackyQの利用により、本規約とプライバシーポリシーに同意したものとします。必要な場合、未成年者は保護者の同意を得てください。
2. アカウント
適切なニックネームと年齢を登録し、認証情報を保護してください。なりすまし、盗用情報の共有、自動化による不正利用は禁止です。ローカル情報は端末データとともに失われる場合があります。
3. 公正な対戦
チート、クライアント改変、マッチングやランキングの操作、嫌がらせ、違法・権利侵害の問題アップロードは禁止です。不審な結果は再確認、取消、制限の対象になります。
4. シーズン、団体、Lite
ポイントは各期間のルールで計算されます。StackyQ Lite Monthly（製品 ID：com.omniasst.stackyq.lite.monthly）は 1 か月の自動更新サブスクリプションで、有効期間中、購入者が管理する団体で Lite 団体 PK、対戦設定、団体イベント機能を利用できます。日本の App Store における現在の価格は月額 300 円です。実際の請求額は購入確認画面に表示される現地価格が適用されます。子どものアカウントは購入できません。
5. 支払い、更新、解約、返金
購入確認時に Apple Account へ請求されます。現在の期間終了の 24 時間以上前に解約しない限り、購入画面に表示された価格で自動更新され、更新料金は期間終了前 24 時間以内に請求されます。アプリの「サブスクリプションを管理・解約」または Apple Account のサブスクリプション設定から解約できます。StackyQ アカウントを削除しても Apple のサブスクリプションは自動解約されません。購入の復元はアプリ内で行えます。支払い、返金、請求に関する判断は Apple の規則に従います。
6. Apple標準EULA
Apple App Storeから取得したStackyQには、Apple標準エンドユーザ使用許諾契約（Standard EULA）も適用されます。本規約とApple標準EULAが抵触する場合は、適用されるAppleの条項が優先します。
7. サービス変更
安全、保守、公平性、改善のため、問題、ルール、機能を更新することがあります。継続提供に努めますが、無停止・無障害を保証しません。
8. コンテンツと権利
ソフトウェア、デザイン、公式問題は保護されています。問題をアップロードする場合、必要な権利を保有し、機能提供に必要な範囲での利用を許諾するものとします。
9. アカウント削除
アプリの「設定」からアカウントと識別可能なデータを削除できます。手順と保持範囲はアカウント削除の説明をご覧ください。アカウント削除と Apple サブスクリプションの解約は別の操作です。
10. 責任制限・お問い合わせ
法令で認められる範囲で現状有姿にて提供し、端末データ消失、通信障害、合理的支配を超える間接損害について責任を負いません。お問い合わせは support@omniasst.com までお願いします。
1. Acceptance
By using StackyQ, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Minors should obtain parent or guardian consent where required by law.
2. Accounts
Provide an appropriate nickname and age and protect your credentials. Do not impersonate others, share stolen credentials or abuse the service through automation. Local account data may be lost with device data; IDC binding supports cross-device identity.
3. Fair play
Cheating, client tampering, manipulating matchmaking or rankings, harassment, and uploading unlawful or infringing questions are prohibited. We may review, cancel or restrict suspicious results and accounts.
4. Seasons, teams, and Lite
Ranked and seasonal points follow the rules shown for the active period. StackyQ Lite Monthly (product ID com.omniasst.stackyq.lite.monthly) is a one-month auto-renewable subscription. While active, it enables Lite team PK, match settings, and team event features for teams managed by the purchaser. The current Japanese App Store price is JPY 300 per month; the localized price shown in Apple’s purchase confirmation controls. Child accounts cannot purchase.
5. Payment, renewal, cancellation, and refunds
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. The subscription renews at the price displayed in the purchase flow unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends. Cancel through “Manage or Cancel Subscription” in the app or Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting a StackyQ account does not automatically cancel the Apple subscription. Purchases can be restored in the app. Apple handles payment, refund, and billing decisions under its rules.
6. Apple Standard EULA
StackyQ obtained through the Apple App Store is also governed by the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). If these Terms conflict with the applicable Apple Standard EULA, the Apple terms control.
7. Service changes
We may update questions, rules and features for security, maintenance, fairness or product improvement. We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Content and intellectual property
StackyQ software, design and official question sets are protected. If you upload questions, you must hold the necessary rights and grant us permission to store, process and display them as needed to provide the feature.
9. Account deletion
You can delete the account and identifiable data from Settings in the app. See the account deletion instructions for steps and retention details. Account deletion and Apple subscription cancellation are separate actions.
10. Limitation of liability and contact
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is. We are not responsible for device-data loss, network interruptions or indirect loss beyond our reasonable control. Send questions to support@omniasst.com.
